dontspeakjustbe asked: so i'm going away to a sleep away camp and i don't know what to wear. it's up in main and it's kind of an outdoors artsy all over the place camp. it has a lake so i think i should wear flipflops. i have brown hair and i am 5'7 and 165 pounds so not totally skinny but i think i feel ok in a tank top. WTF SHOULD I WEAR???
Hello,
I have pulled a boho lakeside look for you below. I’m guessing the weather will be nice so try flowy fabrics and style that will make you feel comfortable and look great. I have chosen a midi skirt which is a great length to keep things casual. With it I have some very simple black sandals and a flowy loose sleeveless button up white top. Keeping a fun print in the mix like the one on the skirt fits in with the arty scene that your camp seems to have. Just remember with prints to keep it simple when it comes to your other pieces. Have fun!
jeuxpervers asked: Hey! I'm going out shopping tomorrow and it's going to be unbearably hot. I plan on wearing a light blouse (it's black) and pair of denim shorts. Should I pair this with a pink sequined tank or a grey one? And should I opt for boots or sandals? Oh, one more question, should I wear a skirt instead of shorts? So many questions, gahh--thanks for the help in advance!! xx
Hello,
If it’s going to be hot then singlet is definitely the way to go however still bring the light blouse because you can just throw that in your bag if you get hot. When it comes to colour I say Grey - that’s personal preference of course! I have pulled a look for you here using a grey singlet, demin shorts and a range of brown accessories and sandals. I wouldn’t opt for boots because if the weather is heating up best to leave boots for fall and winter.
Hope this helps
dumbcuntts asked: I have sheer black tights that I would love to wear to school sometime under shorts. Do you have any ideas for outfits I could wear them with that aren't too "out there"?
yes!! wear them with levi demin cut offs!!! very alexa chung x
A request autumn concert look
Another requested look for a date with an older guy. Remember less is more and I mean this in a style sense not in a outfit length sense. Cover up girls it’s much better to be classic, chic and interesting then have everything out on display.
Here I have gone for a a white blazer which looks crisp against a high neck black top and simple necklace (which is a mature yet stylish look). I have added some black leggings with some trend detail (because it’s still okay to be trendy when being chic)
Add some simple black boots and a nice bag and that’s it! Keep it Simple don’t mix too many colours and remember if you want to look mature and classic use black
Hi Everyone,
I have a requested look today from a very beautiful lady who has dark curly hair, is very tall with an hourglass figure. She sounds like a bohemian dream and considering that’s her style I have posted a look for her with a few pointers on how to look her best.
- With an hourglass figure rememeber to bring attention to your tiny little waist! This is because hourglass figures usually have a larger bust meaning anything too drappy will look like a tent and less boho. In this look I have used a cute little jumpsuit in white with a fitted waist which means you don’t look the boho flow of the fabric but you keep it fitted.
- with long wavy/curly dark hair why not embrace it with a middle part and perhaps a hat of some kind or a head chain (uber boho) Here I have used a feather headpiece with light browns and greens which is sure to pop against her black hair
- as for her colorings I am going to suggest going really beautiful blues, greens and whites that make the best of dark haired girls features.
